celestial dragon

I spotted this strange object in the upper left corner of the photo while viewing the " LIVE STREAMING FROM INTERNATIONAL SPACE STATION" I have about 40 minutes of this thing appearing then disappearing it is clearly large and far from the ISS. I do not know what it is, it just looked interesting.

I've been watching this for about a year now. It's a piece of fuzz or a hair or something on the camera lens. You see it best during a sunrise and as the sun passes behind the iss, it goes away.
